We are family owned and operated. The owner of the company, Pam Wiggins, has been managing condos, town homes, and single family houses throughout Northern, VA, for 20 years. I, Kevin Wiggins, have been involved with the company for the last 12 years, and am currently a Realtor and a Property Property Manager. Kristin Wiggins-Morgan, has 8 years experience, and Judi Gray, in charge of administrative functions, has been involved with Horizons for the past 5 years, with a total of 7 years in property management.
