About The Owners

We are family owned and operated. The owner of the company, Pam Wiggins, has been managing condos, town homes, and single family houses throughout Northern, VA, for 20 years. I, Kevin Wiggins, have been involved with the company for the last 12 years, and am currently a Realtor and a Property Property Manager. Kristin Wiggins-Morgan, has 8 years experience, and Judi Gray, in charge of administrative functions, has been involved with Horizons for the past 5 years, with a total of 7 years in property management. Judi and I also communicate directly with owners, contractors, and tenants, perform on-site inspections, screen tenants, etc. Pam is also the Principal Broker and a licensed agent for Re/Max Choice, and she will list and market the property to secure a qualified tenant, if you so choose.* Horizons Management is individually owned and operated and has no affiliation with ReMax Choice
